We want you to be fully satisfied with your Ubisoft Gear; if your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition collectibles and final sale items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
